1. Who We Are

Bellz is the commercial name of Tamara Backer, offering strategic and operational hospitality support for boutique accommodation providers.

2. What we offer

Bellz provides hospitality consulting services such as operational setup, guest experience design, OTA integration and strategy support for boutique accommodations. All services are offered by request and confirmed in writing through custom agreements or project outlines.

3. Booking & Payment

Service scope, pricing, and timelines are agreed upon individually.
Payment terms (such as deposits or milestones) will be specified per project.
All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation & rescheduling

If you need to cancel or postpone a confirmed session or project, please let us know as early as possible.
We aim to be flexible, but short-notice cancellations (less than 48h) may be subject to a partial fee, especially for retained or booked time.

The final cancellation policy and any relevant terms will be outlined and agreed upon in the signed contract between both parties.

5. Free Consultation Calls

A free consultation call may be offered to explore working together. This call is:

• Limited to 20 minutes

• Based on availability, which may vary

• Confidential, but non-binding

Any communication before or after this call will be treated as informal unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Bellz is not liable for any decisions, recommendations, or outcomes arising from this initial call, and no contractual relationship is established by it.

6. Use of materials

Any materials, templates, or advice provided by Bellz are intended for use within your business only.
They may not be shared, sold or republished without written permission.

7. Liability

We provide advice, tools and support based on experience and research, but the final implementation is your responsibility.
Bellz is not liable for outcomes resulting from external tools, platforms, or business decisions made based on our guidance.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this site.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, unless otherwise agreed.
